A protein skimmer is a device used to rid your tank of waste and other particles by mechanically mixing air and water.  The bubbles created by this motion generate a surface where waste particles can attach themselves before being expelled. 

My Reef Creations protein skimmers utilize a Beckett 1408 foam head. This is the most powerful skimmer you can buy. As your system grows, so can your skimmer.
